Je travaille dans le monde du vin en bio et en biodynamie depuis plus de 20 ans et j'ai décidé de mettre mes compétences au service de l'agriculture et la viticulture Suisse, au travers de mon travail de conseille en bio et en biodynamie avec mon entreprise Biodynamie & Cie Sàrl, pour assurer une transition progressive vers cette agriculture d'avenir.

Depuis le millésime 2022, j'ai produit mes premiers raisins et vinifié les premières bouteilles. Avec 8500 bouteilles produites sur le millésime 2022, Biodynamie & Cie Sàrl devient une exploitation viti-vinicole !

Également auteur, réalisateur et producteur de documentaires engagés sur le thème de l'environnement au travers de mon entreprise Dahu Production SAS, je suis en mesure de proposer toute sorte de prestations allant de la photo à la vidéo, voir même la réalisation complète d'un documentaire avec une sortie au cinéma.

Winemaker, biodynamic advisor and filmmaker

I have been working in the world of organic and biodynamic wine for over 20 years and I decided to put my skills at the service of Swiss agriculture and viticulture, through my work as an organic and biodynamic consultant with my company Biodynamie & Cie Sàrl, to ensure a gradual transition towards this agriculture of the future.

Since the 2022 vintage, I have produced my first grapes and vinified the first bottles. With 8500 bottles produced in the 2022 vintage, Biodynamie & Cie Sàrl is becoming a wine-producing company !

Also author, director and producer of documentaries engaged on the theme of the environment through my company Dahu Production SAS, I am able to offer all kinds of services ranging from photo to video, or even the complete production of a documentary with a theatrical release.
